Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy

Goddess Cosmetic Studio kindly requests that all clients show courtesy by providing a minimum of 48 hours notice for any appointment rescheduling, cancellations, or changes to services booked. Last minute cancellations, rescheduling, and no-shows significantly impact our small business, so we strive to avoid these situations whenever possible. By giving sufficient notice, we can offer those appointment times to other clients in need.


For your convenience, Goddess Cosmetic Studio will send out a courtesy confirmation message 72-48 hours prior to your appointment. Should you need to cancel, reschedule, or alter your booked services, this can be done without charge as long as it is done within 48 hours of your appointment.


Please note that any cancellations made less than 48 hours before the appointment or failure to attend without notice will incur a 50% fee of the booked services or a $50 fee. If you have a voucher, this amount will be deducted from your total. 


No further appointments will be scheduled until this fee is settled. Additionally, frequent last-minute rescheduling of appointments may lead to a requirement for prepayment on future bookings.


By booking an appointment, you are agreeing to our terms and conditions regarding the cancellation policy.
